These terms apply to your use of the Go Again Rentals website and to applications made through it. By using the website, you agree to them.
Our service
We provide replacement vehicles to eligible drivers who have been in an accident that was not their fault. Every application is assessed individually. Submitting an application, or using our eligibility checker, does not guarantee that you will be approved — the checker is a guide only.
Your hire agreement
If you are approved, your vehicle hire is governed by a separate written hire agreement, which you will sign before you receive the vehicle. If anything in these terms conflicts with your hire agreement, the hire agreement applies.
Costs
We claim the cost of your replacement vehicle from the at-fault driver and their insurer. You are responsible for the items set out in your hire agreement, such as fuel, tolls and any fines incurred while you have the vehicle. Your hire agreement also explains what happens if liability for the accident is disputed or not accepted.
Information you give us
You agree that the information you give us is true and complete to the best of your knowledge, and you authorise us to contact the other driver, their insurer and your repairer about your claim. We handle your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
